After leasing channels in Phoenix for almost 13 years, we believe God has impressed us to purchase a TV station now instead of continuing to lease. The total project will cost us $1,500,000, so we will need a lot of help. Phoenix is one of the fastest growing cities, now the 5th largest in the United States. For a year-end gift, contact us before sending. To automate sending a check each month, ask your bank to setup an auto bill payment for the amount you desire.
IRA WITHDRAWAL: You are eligible to withdraw from a Roth and Traditional IRA anytime, but a 10% penalty may apply if taken out before age 59-1/2. There is an exception. Laws are continuously changing, and tax rates for Traditional IRA withdrawals vary based on the amount withdrawn and your income. Contact your investment manager to help you understand your options.
